Pilot assessment for SMEs in Quang Nam
SSTP’s experts Mr. Ha Thanh Hai and Ms. Hoang Que (front row), working closely together with Ms. Nguyen Thanh Tam and Ms. Pham Que Anh of Quang Nam’s Green Criteria Certification Board (back row), to prepare for the assessment of Sustainable Practices of various Tourism SMEs in Hoi An.
Based on SSTP’s Sustainable Tourism Criteria and Indicators, Quang Nam Tourism Association and SSTP jointly developed a set of Green Tourism Criteria for different tourism business models of the province (e.g., Ecolodge, Homestay, Tour Operator, Small Hotel).
To measure the application of those Green Criteria, the SSTP, together with the Green Criteria Certification Board of Quang Nam, on August 11, 2022, kicked off a series of Pilot Assessments of Sustainable SMEs in Hoi An.
