SSTP's support to the Cham Island Commune

A meeting was held between SSTP team and the Cham Island Commune People’s Committee and Hoi An Cultural & Communication Department, November 17, 2021 on Cham Island.

SSTP, as part of its Cooperation Agreement with the Quang Nam Tourism Association and in line with the province’s Green Tourism Plan 2021 – 2025, supports the latter in a broad range of activities.

Among which the development of Green/ Sustainable Tourism Products for Cham Island, aiming at protecting natural resources, promoting awareness of sustainable development and providing economic benefits to the residents.

In that respect, Mr. Ha Thanh Hai, National Manager of SSTP Component 1 and Ms. Hoang Que Nga, Senior expert in Tourism Business Development at SSTP, conducted a field trip to Cham Island, having a fruitful meeting with the Commune People’s Committee of the island and representatives of the Hoi An Cultural & Communication Department, on November 17, 2021.
