Sustainable Tourism Coaching for Ecohost Ecolodge staff (continued)
Mr. Nguyen Huu Thuan, Food Expert, coached staff of Ecohost – one of SSTP’s core SME beneficiaries - in all sustainable aspects of Food Preparation.
For two days, on December 1 and 2 2020, the SSTP team coached staff of various Ecohost affiliations in Sustainable Aspects of Food Preparation.
The Coaching, provided by a Food Expert assigned by SSTP, took place at Ecohost’s Homestay Ecolodge in Hai Hau, Nam Dinh province.
