The delicious sauce was made from the vegetable peels in a zero waste meal served by the Field Restaurant in Hoi An
The SSTP supported the EMIC Travel to host a group of tourists on Green tour in Hoi An, dated 25 Feb 2022.
The tourists were very satisfied to take a rest at the Field Restaurant and enjoyed lunch there.
The sustainable tourism products present evenly in the dishes, a sustainable zero waste menu for tourists.
