The Field Restaurant with zero waste

The Field Restaurant’s staff shared technical method on how to cook the meal with zero waste.

The SSTP supported the EMIC Travel to organize a Green Tour in Hoi An on 25 February 2022 for tourism business sector.

The Field Restaurant was one among sightseeing spots in a tour, who provided green tourism products in Cam Thanh commune.  

The concept of circular economy is new to Vietnamese businesses, focusing on minimizing negative impacts on the environment by maximizing the cycle of all used resources.
