Workshop on “Culture-based Green Tourism” in Hoi An
Mr. Tran Van Tan (standing), PCC’s Vice Chairman of Quang Nam province delivered a speech on the need for Quang Nam province to develop green tourist products, green tours, and green tourism accommodation, bringing real value to the province.
On September 16, 2022, UNESCO, GIZ and SSTP collaborated with Quang Nam Tourism Association to organize a workshop on “Culture-based Green Tourism” at the Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort, Hoi An.
The workshop is part of a series of events during the Year of Tourism, hosted by Quang Nam province, under the title “Visit Quang Nam 2022 Green Tourism Year”.
It also commemorated the 23rd anniversary of Hoi An’s two UNESCO World Heritage sites, notably Hoi An Ancient Town and My Son Sanctuary.
